Fulfillment Policy

• Delivery — All of our products are digital goods, and delivery is immediate. After successful purchase, you will be redirected to product download page which you can get your digital product.


• Cancellations — Orders placed through our website may be cancelled within 24 hours of receipt of order. Cancellations must be placed by calling Customer Service at +1 213-285-7469, with a follow-up notice in writing to webmaster@systemnets.com.


• Refunds — Refunds may be issued for orders that are cancelled by either party. Funds will be reapplied to credit card on record within 24 hours of cancellation or refund acceptance.
